SALES ASSOCIATE (RETAIL)
Contract / Permanent Position available (2-3 position)
Responsibilities:
- Achieving monthly sales, delivering service and operations excellence
- Engages in innovation and productivity initiatives for the store
- Drive seamless customer experience across channels
- Handles order fulfilment processes for customers in-store and online orders
- Communicates well and thrives in a team environment
- Serves as the ambassador of the brand
Requirements:
- 2-3 years working experience
- ‘O’ Level and relevant qualifications
- Pleasant and well-groomed
- Able to perform in a fast-paced, diverse, and customer-centric store environment (drive, efficiency, and assertiveness)
- Highly motivated and service-oriented individual)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST (CORPORATE)
If you love finding new business opportunities and managing relationships with existing clients, this job is for you! You'll be directly responsible for the maintenance and expansion of our corporate / B2B customer base.
Permanent Position
Responsibilities:
- Set and manage sales goals and quotas, Good negotiation skills
- Manage the entire sales cycle
- Assist in finding prospects and leads
- Identify new sales opportunities
- Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell
- Work well independently as well as with different stakeholders
- Networking with potential customers, vendors, and third parties
- Providing solutions to customer's buying needs
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or Related
- At least 3+ years experience in retailing consumer insights, Sales Account personnel or similar roles
- Experience in measuring the impact of the implementation, and zeroing in on qualitative & quantitative lessons
- Strong analytical skills – i.e. ability to work “hands-on” with multiple sources of data and information to generate insights and make recommendations
- Proven experience and track record in corporate sales
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task and work well independently as well as with different stakeholders
- Positive attitude and a keen interest to learn
